Store Policy
There is no refund and no return on all purchases.
If the fish died on arrival, don't worry, we will replace it with another one
for you and pay the shipping and handling costs, if the number of fish of
your future order is the same as the order in the past.
We need for you to call within 2 hours of arrival, and you must also submit
a picture of the dead fish in its sealed original bag within 2 hours
of arrival. |
